Frequently asked questions

The boat can comfortably hold 10 guests plus crew,  however, to ensure everyone's safety and comfort we limit the trips to 6 - 8 guests.   

We provide kids and adult snorkel gear, adult and kids life vests, kids arm floats and water noodles. We provide a cooler with ice,  bottled water and one galloon of our signature "Nautigal" rum punch.   We also provide food to feed the stingrays and bait is included on fishing trips. 

You can bring any food, drinks or alcoholic beverages you wish on board. We’ll have a cooler with ice to keep your favourite bevies icy cold throughout the trip! We suggest canned beer over glass bottles for safety reasons.  ahh..and No bananas please :-)!! 

Smoking is not permitted on the boat to ensure that future non-smoking guests are not impacted by any residual smell.  However, there are lots of opportunities to smoke while in the water.  Please ask the steward for a floating ashtray!  

At this time, unfortunately not.  However, we can help to arrange pick-up and drop-off with one of Cayman’s taxi services.  

We pick up at Anchors - Yacht Club,  Camana Bay and Kaibo Boat Docks, so we cover both ends of Grand Cayman.  We can also collect you from a private dock on request, for an additional fee. 

Gratuities can be given directly to the boat captain. All tips go directly to the crew so feel free to show them some love, at your discretion. 

Yes, there is a private bathroom onboard the boat. The captain will also happily pull into an onshore facility at your request. 

Yes, the boat has ample shade, and the captain can add additional shade in the front of the boat during the trip at your request. 

No, however, we suggest kids be at least six months old to ensure the kid's life jackets will fit the infant.  Please let us know in advance the ages of all minor children so that the captain can update the safety gear as necessary.   Safety is very important to us and we will take extra precaution to ensure all guests are safe. 

Welcome to the Caribbean!  If the weather deteriorates during your trip,   we will adjust the trip and try to find calmer waters or suggest an alternative safe adventure for the rest of the booked time.  If this is not possible we will issue a partial refund or apply a credit for future bookings. 

The prices listed are the total cost of your charter and nothing will be added.  Gratuity is optional at your discretion and can be paid directly to the boat captain.  

We require 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the full balance paid 7 days prior to the trip.  If you book within 7 days, full payment will be required.   If there is bad weather afoot, we will issue a refund or apply a credit for future bookings.    

At minimum there will be a captain and deckhand/steward on board.   Depending on the trip and size of the group we may add additional crew. 

Yes, the crew will be happy to clean your catch and bag it to go if you wish to take it home with you. During Conch season, we will also clean the conch and may even prepare a batch of fresh marinated conch for you!
